MuseScore: sheet music App Bewertungen

Soweit, so gut.

Weiter so!

Weiter so!!!!

interessante noten app

Der Sync gibts ja wieder her.

Klasse

Super App.

It is great

Good!

Amazing

Best around

Awesome

Great!

Really good overall

So MuseScore has realllllly improved over the days but for any score that isn’t using just a simple piano all the noises are really terrible on mobile. On computer although, the composers have access to sound fonts that are intended to make the score sound more real and less synthetic. I feel like these sounds should be transferred on to mobile because sometimes the score won’t play noises because they aren’t initially a part of the basic MuseScore sound. But I really do love how easy it is to find songs to learn and have a community through MuseScore.

Crashes when opening your own scores

Opens other people’s scores fine, crashes when trying to open your own.

Free Trial Scam

I was scammed out of $99.99 by signing up for a FREE TRIAL that ended up charging me $99.99 anyways. I will never be giving money to Musescore ever again and I expect a refund or else I will go through my bank for a chargeback. still 1 star

Worth Every Penny

You can get some music free but use the sales and get unlimited free music! Great selection!

Fine When It Works

App is glitchy and support is non-existent. Don’t depend on this app for performances. Scores are not loading currently. It’s just after 12 Noon on US East Coast and their support group is out until tomorrow. Someone should buy the company and replace the existing Support group. Perhaps you can’t fire what you can’t find. App is a joke.

Crashes

Every time I try to open a score I made the app crashes.

Scammed me

I bought an “official” Hal Leonard score for 12 dollars. It doesn’t download or even show me the score in-app or on the computer. I tried to contact through Paypal to get my money back, but there’s no contact info available on there. I’m a poor artist that can’t afford to lose 12 dollars like this.

Can’t get passed the free trial screen

Well, I tried to just start the free trial and use the app, but it just loads forever and won’t open. Deleted it. Unfortunate because the sheet music seems good, but oh well. Frustrating experience.

Awful Customer Seevice

Save yourself the headache and use a better program. I’ve been double billed two years in a row and customer service is literally useless in resolving.

Totally a scam. Do not even try to download!

I would give it a ZERO star if I could. I am sure i did not subscribe anything from this app, but my bank account got charged for $84.99 and $39.99 from this app for whatever pro + service. If I got charged, I assume I can access something from this app… NO! THEY DO NOT HAVE MY ACCOUNT. Followed the step on the app for a refund… NO… they cant find my email address/ nothing about my account. Then what and why they charge me for. I wrote them a email, but it’s been almost two months, no response.

Cannot log in

I purchased my subscription on my laptop, but cannot log on to the app

Money pit.

The site has good stuff . But you have to pay through the nose. Site constantly asking to upgrade to better package. Unscrupulous business. Beware.i paid for a year subscription and it says I don’t have access to the good stuff. Unless I pay more.

Not what I expected

This app is probably fine for what it is, but using the same name as the engraving software for desktop is very confusing. This is basically an app front end for the musescore.com experience. If you’re looking for other people’s sheet music, great. But if you’re trying to create your own, this is not what you’re looking for. Also the onboarding experience is full of obnoxious upsells.

Difficult and frustrating

I find it highly difficult to find what I want. I just want sheet music. Guess it’s my fault for not understanding what this is before I paid $50. So hard to just access sheet music. I DO NOT want the tinny electronic sounds. The scores are so frustratingly hard to view on my iPad. Again, probably my fault for not understanding what this thing is, but I don’t like it. I’m not completely technically incompetent but this is way too steep of a learning curve for me - I want to spend my time playing music, not figuring out a complicated app. This was a $50 mistake for me.

so helpful

this app is so helpful! i love learning new pieces on this app🎀

Paying too much

I want to download load songs or have more options of how I want my sheet music to be set up, but I have to pay just to download music that’s stupid expensive idea. Nobody should have to pay just for music to be downloaded from the app.

Love it

Musescore the app rocks!

Complete in Thee piano solo

Beautiful arrangement!

Already a Banger

It’s pretty good, but that’s largely due to the quality of the original song and less due to this specific arrangement, but hey: any port in a storm.

Super Pro Plus Max subscription for full access

You pay for Pro subscription and expect to have pro access to any sheets? No. To have full access you need to get Pro +. Ridiculous.

Try to cancel

They make it so difficult to cancel it feels predatory. One star for shady business practice.

Cheap Tricks

It’s flabbergasting how often they have discounts on their services, they are always about 75% off if not 50, or occasionally 90. They never revoke their discount, likely in fear of it being too expensive. I would give this a 3 star rating but I feel it would be discrediting to their service. Every thing else except the idea of always having a discount to trick the customer into thinking into thinking they’re getting a good deal (when it’s really just their normal pricing) is peak.

Straight up doesn’t work

Reset my password then pasted everything in and it won’t sign me in. Tried multiple times multiple ways. It simply doesn’t work.

New Update Made App Unusable

I have version 2.13.60 and I can’t get past the log in page. I log in with google but then it brings me back to the log in page to log in again. Also I want to purchase some sheet music from the website but when I try to log in, it brings me to the home page, and I have to log in again. It’s an endless cycle. It was a really great app and MuseScore is my go to for sheet music, it’s just really frustrating that it won’t let me log in to purchase their music anymore. I can’t even report this problem on the website because I need to log in but it won’t let me.

Fantastic app, shady business practices

Before you sign up for the free trial, Try googling "musescore scam", "musescore predatory" "musescore dishonest", etc. You will see that my experience is not unique. I've been a musescore pro user for several years, and musescore has been my go-to for scoring and practice. It was the only platform I would recommend to friends. Was. Today I tried to access my account, and had to figure out how to skip the half-dozen "free trial offer" screens. I understand that a popup dialogue or two offering a new product is just part of online life. I also understand that those offers are sometimes intentionally difficult to dismiss. This was different. The only way to access any functionality, including account settings, is by wading through several (I lost count, roughly 6 or 7?) popups agreeing to sign up for one thing or another in order to enable the carefully hidden, grayed out "skip". I did my best, but honestly don't know whether or not I accidentally agreed to something that will cost me an extra hundred dollars a week from now. I firmly believe in paying for software that I use, and I was more than happy to pay the "pro" fee to help musescore keep the lights on. Now I will need to close my account, prepare to submit a dispute to my credit card, and move over to an alternative platform. This platform used to be great, the software used to be excellent, and it makes me really sad to see all of that thrown away.

Cannot cancel

No matter what I do, including following all the directions and manage and subscription there are never any pages that allow me to manage my account or to cancel the subscription. The app does not show up in the Apple Store list of apps. I’ve tried on the app itself and on the website. I am good at this kind of thing and I’ve spent almost an hour trying to find how to cancel. There’s an option for delete account, but they make it clear that deleting the account does not cancel the membership. They instruct you to go to settings, but the instructions from there cannot be used because the places they tell you to tap on the settings please don’t exist. Out of work and can no longer afford the app.

Frustrating

The mobile controls for changing the page is really not well made, tapping the right side of the screen sometimes turns the page, sometimes opens the settings, sometimes does nothing, and sometimes SHOWS YOU AN ADVERTISEMENT TO BUY THEIR SUBSCRIPTION? IM ALREADY SUBSCRIBED TOO! Ridiculous. To turn the page left, you tap on the left, but it also exits the sheet altogether other times. My patience has been tested.

Canceling impossible

Beware.

Predatory subscription structure

There’s a lot of nice sheet music, but that’s not my issue with this app. The way they structure/advertise their subscription plans is intentionally misleading and vague. It’s nearly impossible to tel what you get with each tier, and they do everything they can to trick you into to signing up. Furthermore, they advertise 7 day free trials, but you are immediately charged for a year-long subscription. I requested a refund. Be very careful what you are signing up for.

Sh Boom

Great score

DO NOT USE- 7 day ‘free’ trial is a scam

There is no such thing as a 7 day free trial with musescore, don’t let them fool you. They will charge your account immediately, even if you cancel subscription or delete your account within the same day. I dont even want the app, i just want my money back.

Zero Stars

I can’t even open my own musescore files saved on iCloud. Useless money grab

I CANT EVEN GET TO THE APP WITHOUT IT TRYING TO FORCE ME INTO THE SUBSCRIPTION

The website is cool and convenient but the app is a nightmare. I cannot afford another subscription right now. Just let me listen to the music I paid for.

Awesome premise but keeps crashing when looking at my own scores

I really like the desktop app for making my own scores but when trying to vie them on the iPad it crashes every time! Very disappointing so far and can’t find any resources on line for workarounds. Fixing this would make it a 5 star app for me!

Extremely frustrating UI when actually playing

I don't find this app friendly to use while practicing, especially compared to other apps. I will do anything I can to open music in other apps, only using this as a last resort if I cannot export the sheet music out of Musescore. My top complaints are always having to show the keyboard again (please remember that setting), difficulty jumping to a specific place in the song to double check certain notes, and occasionally losing the ability to even play a song at all so I can hear its rythym. It takes so many clicks to do things that are frictionless in other music apps. All in all, I feel like it's a real shame that this app seems to have the best marketplace to buy scores and then does not let you export all of them :(

Great app

Love the app

Good app

This app 100% helped me get my scholarship in music abs arts

Just listening for first time.

Great that this was scored so well. Just heard this song.

F’ella

F’ella 👍

Good, but…

I’d say it’s pretty good for someone looking for that type of thing. I have no idea how but I got the thought that you could make your own sheet music on here? I haven’t found a way to do that so please tell me if I’m blind and can’t see it or if it’s just not a feature. With that aside, the promos and ads for “pro” are just obnoxious. Like, I just don’t care ok? Other than that it seems like a good app for people who want to play music and stuff

Easy

Easy to use

Seven-day trial billed me instantly for $120

I signed up for the one week trial and was instantly billed for an entire year, I canceled, requested refund and disputed charges and reported this situation to FTC for deceptive business practices. I will never use this website again or recommend them. Please Beware.

A paid subscription so that I can pay for scores?

I was looking for more content than 8notes and thought I’d found it. A paltry few free pieces and then loads of professional scores for which I’d pay a further fee—sight unseen. Ugh.

Best app for piano player

Easy to access and learn for a self study piano player like me. Very helpful. Thanks so much

Amazing

I love the musescore and have been using since long time.

Liars

Told me that I only had to pay .75 cents for a subscription with this “limited time deal”, charged me 40 dollars.

Pretty Good

This app is amazing and you can find almost any music (almost).

good app, but you need premium do do a lot

adds for premium come up very often, and all of the good stuff requires premium

Scammers

Do not try their trial. They will charge right away and scam your money
